As Productivity Coach, my goal is to help agents strengthen their skills, build consistent habits, improve lead generation and follow-up, and create systems that support long-term growth.
I am a Graduate of the REALTORS® Institute and hold several professional designations, including CRS, SRES®, ABR®, and CLHMS™. I have also served in leadership roles with the Johnston County Association of REALTORS® and have been recognized throughout my career for both listing and sales production.
Coaching and leadership are especially important to me, and I enjoy helping agents build confidence, stay accountable, and develop the skills needed to succeed in real estate. Outside of work, I enjoy kayaking, horseback riding, spending time with family, and serving through my church and community.
